A new breed of beers.
A few months ago you may recall we were lucky enough to get our hands on an amazing selection of whisky, bourbon and wine barrels. After months of some serious TLC (tender, love and care), we are proud to introduce our new Barrel Aged Beer range.
The Barrel Aged Beer project has been a passion project for the brewers for quite some time now, so the guys have pulled no punches for the 2023 Vintage. The 2023 Vintage includes a Belgian Tripel, Imperial Stout and Imperial Red Ale. Each Beer has spent 6+ months in their respective barrels and range between a hefty 11-12% ABV.
The Barrel Aged Beer range is now available exclusively at the brewery and from our online store. Due to the limited quantities available, these beers are available in 440ml single cans, 4-packs or a Mixed 3-pack which includes a 440ml can of each Barrel Aged Beer.
Belgian Tripel
Brewers Notes: light body and pleasant sweetness to mellow out the booze. Classic Belgian flavours of caramelised banana, cloves and vanilla, with strong character from the barrel.

ABV: 11%

Imperial Stout
Brewers Notes: pouring dark as dark can be, with intense aromas of dark winter fruits and peated whisky. Very rich dark chocolate flavours with subtle warmth from the ABV.

Imperial Red Ale
Brewers Notes: deep shiraz in colour, it has a pleasant bitterness to compliment the rich fruit notes from the barrel. Sweet caramel malt character with whisky aroma make for a very rich and complex beer.
