Our beers are delivered direct from our one-of-a-kind brewery located on the Mornington Peninsula. This ensures you’re receiving the freshest beer possible. Please see below frequently asked questions we receive regarding the delivery of our beers.
When will my beer be sent?
We process orders daily (except weekends and public holidays) and your order will be in the hands of our courier company within 24 hours.
How long will it take for my beer to arrive?
We offer local residents (Portsea – Dromana) same day delivery for orders placed before 10am. Please note we don’t deliver on weekends and public holidays. For all other postcodes within Victoria, please allow 2-5 business days. For interstate orders, please allow up to 7 – 10 business days. *** Please expect delays during peak times of the year.
How much does delivery cost?
For orders under $100.00 we charge a flat fee of $10.00 per order. For all orders over $100.00, there is no delivery fee.
Once we have placed your order, you will receive from us a tracking number for your order. Once the beer has been collected, Fastway/Aramax will send you tracking updates via email.
Can I have my beer delivered to a P.O Box?
We currently don’t deliver to P.O Boxes. Please provide your postal address when placing your order.
What happens if I am not home to accept delivery?
If there a high chance you won’t be home to accept delivery, please check the ‘Authority to Leave’ box when checking out. Fastway’s drivers will leave your beer in a safe place at your home. You can also provide delivery instructions in the ‘order notes’ section when checking out.
Returns and Exchanges
If you have been sent the wrong order or if your delivery has been damaged, please get in touch with us immediately and we will endeavour to have the issue resolved as soon as possible.
