The Sun Dancer is our first release of our new rotational IPA range. When we decided that we wanted to brew a Hazy IPA, we instantly decided to bring back the Sun Dancer brand as it is one of our favourite designs we have released to date. For this years iteration of the Sun Dancer, we have upped the hops, malt and ABV to create a wonderfully hoppy beer with luxurious mouthfeel.
Beer Profile
Sun Dancer Hazy IPA is a 100% Aussie hopped beer built on a foundation of flaked wheat and rolled oats for body and a luscious mouthfeel. Big tropical flavours and aromas of pineapple and passionfruit are supported by subtle notes of stone fruit and berry thanks to a hefty double dry hop.
Hops: Galaxy, Melba, Vic Secret, Eclipse & Enigma
Malt: flaked wheat, rolled oats and Golden Promise
