We brew with a simple list of ingredients, leaving you with a naturally fermented (& delicious) alcoholic sparkling water.
UNDENIABLY FRESH
Every drop of Tidal Seltzer water is sourced from our very own Artesian aquifer, located 155 feet below our Mornington Peninsula property. As our water travels down the famous Bridgewater Formation, it is filtered and stored between layers of sand and limestone. This natural filtration and storage process creates pure and natural water- the key ingredient in our seltzer.
