Our latest limited release is Ye Olde Brown Ale. Earlier this year when we were planning our limited release calendar, the first beer our Head Brewer Louie threw up on the whiteboard was his beloved Brown Ale. Louie (also an avid home brewer) has been working on this recipe for almost five years, and thought the time was right to share it with our loyal drinkers.
Beer Profile
Ye Olde is a English style Brown Ale that is full of flavour and character. Malt reins supreme for this moreish winter ale for colour, body, delicious biscuit notes and subtle hints of chocolate and hazelnut. A sprinkling of East Kent Golding hops adds bitterness and subtle earthy aromas.
